Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, you must inform Ghosts Closet within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
To organise the return of your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours.
Products must be returned new, unused, undamaged and resalable condition. Ghosts Closet will only accept returns of products in their original state with all related tags and accessories (dust bags, laces etc, depending on the type of product). In particular, the outsole of any shoes shall remain unmarked and in its original condition.
Customers are liable for all returns and package insurance costs. Returns must be sent using a trackable service. Please ensure all items are adequately packaged to avoid any possible damages from occurring during transportation. Any damaged goods will result in the refund being refused and all items will be returned to the customer.
Ghosts Closet will not take liability for any items which are damaged or lost during return transit.
Please ensure that all return forms are enclosed with your goods and failure do so will result in the refund being refused.
If you are returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please note that Ghosts Closet will not accept any return of fragrances, due to transport restrictions. Also due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
We will process refunds on the basis that all conditions are met.
Replacements are subject to availability.
We advice the recipient to inspect all items upon delivery. Any issues which may be found must be promptly reported to Ghosts Closet in order to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement for the following:
• Sale items
• Personalised/custom items (Unless there is a manufactures defect)
• Faulty items that were described as such upon purchase
• Gift cards
• Hazardous materials (for example flammable liquids or gases.)
• Personal hygiene products
• Undergarments
• Perishable goods
• Items that have been damaged by the recipient or a 3rd party at an attempt to repair
