SHIPPING & COLLECTION 

All orders are shipped by DPD/DHL

All UK orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) will normally be despatched the same day. Subject to stock availability.

 

• UK (2-3 working days) £9

 

This excludes orders placed on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays.

All deliveries will require a signature.

Please note we only ship within the UK at the moment.

 

COLLECTION

Collection Point -  E14 Poplar

If you choose the collection option, we will contact you with the exact location and time slots available within the week.

PAYMENTS

All transactions are processed via Stripe Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety. All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. Credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally. 

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

 

The actual charge price to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in any item price. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid meaning any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Please note, we are not taking any overseas orders at the moment.
